MIKE FIGLIUOLO
Principal
Mike is a seasoned leader and executive. He has led teams ranging from soldiers in the US Army to consulting engagement teams at McKinsey & Company to strategy and business teams at major corporations. He has experience in strategy, operations, sales, marketing, infrastructure, learning & development, and business building. He is also an active member of the Ohio TechAngel fund.
Mike has worked with consulting clients in the financial services, healthcare, retail, internet startup, manufacturing, consumer goods and software industries. Currently he is the founder and Managing Director of a successful leadership development firm, thoughtLEADERS, LLC. Mike graduated with honors from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
